We had our house inspection last night. I wasn't too worried about major surprises to begin with, but it was nice to know - minus a couple of things we'll have to fix - that everything is good to go for moving ahead with closing. I'm going to drive by the house tonight to see if a "sold" sign has shown up yet!

Hope and I will be closing on May 12th. Now we just need to get packed and ready!
